Prices, Expiration Dates and Discount Rates

Only one discount per registration. To obtain discount codes contact info @ cfunited.com. Each person must be registered separately in order to receive his or her personalized name badge.

If you are registering for someone else, look at how to pay with check, PO or credit.

The Full registration package is for the event on June 18th - 21st 2008

If you would like to purchase a smaller package, you can choose either:

  • 3 Day Package - June 18th - 20th 2008
  • Saturday Only Package - June 21st 2008 (Saturday contains all the most popular session as repeats)

  • Alumni rate $100 off the regular rate.
  • User Group Members $50 off the regular rate.
  • User Group Managers $150 off the regular rate.
  • Government Employee 15% off the regular rate.
  • Corporate Group Rate 10% off the regular rate Only for companies sending a group of 3 or more.
  • Student Rate 60% off the regular rate. (Must be full time and be able to provide proof.)

Policies

Confirmations

The CFUnited Registration center will e-mail a registration confirmation to all registered attendees. If you do not receive a confirmation within 3 days, please call us at 1.800.447.9120 to verify your registration status.

Badges

If your registration is received at least one month prior to the conference date, you will receive a badge in the mail. Your package will contain a name badge, name badge holder, confirmation letter, receipt and free t-shirt. If you lose your name badge, we can provide one for you at the event.

Badges are not guarantee to be sent to countries other than the U.S. and Canada. Residents of other nations may pick up badges at the CFUnited Registration Desk in the Conference Center.

Refunds and Cancellations

Substitutions are welcome at any time. Otherwise, registration cancellations must be made in writing and postmarked or faxed at least one week prior to the conference date. Cancellations before April 30th will result in a full refund less a $50 processing fee. Cancellations between May 1st through June 10th will be a 50% refund minus $50 processing fee. There are no refunds for cancellations after June 10th. No "Exhibitor Pass" or "Guest Pass" refunds.
